Who We Are and Why We Do This
Since 2016, we've helped finance professionals around the world improve their capital allocation skills through practical masterclasses taught by people who actually manage money. Our focus is simple: connect learners with experienced practitioners who can share what works in real markets.

Started with a question worth asking
Back in 2016, we noticed something odd. Plenty of investment courses existed, but most focused on theory or generic strategies. Very few showed how experienced allocators actually make decisions when real money is at stake. We figured there had to be professionals willing to share their process, and learners who wanted to see beyond the textbook frameworks.
So we built a platform where that exchange could happen. We reached out to portfolio managers, chief investment officers, and allocation specialists who had track records worth examining. Some said yes. They recorded masterclasses showing their thought process, the tools they rely on, and the mistakes they've learned from. The response from finance professionals looking to sharpen their skills told us we were onto something useful.
Today, our platform serves thousands of learners across six continents. We've kept the same approach: find people who know what they're doing, give them space to teach properly, and make the content accessible to anyone serious about improving their capital allocation capabilities. No hype, just substance from practitioners who've been in the arena.
What actually matters to us
These aren't corporate values written by committee. They're the principles that guide how we select instructors, structure content, and support our learning community.
Practitioner expertise
Every instructor manages real capital or advises those who do. We don't feature academics without market experience or consultants who've never made an allocation decision. Our learners deserve insight from people who've actually done the work.
Transparent methodology
Good teaching shows the reasoning behind decisions, not just the final answer. Our masterclasses walk through actual thought processes, including the messy parts where judgment calls matter more than formulas. Learners see how experienced allocators navigate uncertainty.
Global accessibility
Capital allocation principles work across markets, but local context matters. We support multilingual access and bring together perspectives from different financial systems. A portfolio manager in Singapore can learn from a pension fund CIO in Toronto, and vice versa.
Continuous learning
Markets evolve, strategies adapt, and new challenges emerge. We update content regularly and add new masterclasses that address current allocation questions. What worked five years ago might need adjustment today, and our platform reflects that reality.
Honest assessment
We don't promise guaranteed returns or career transformations. Learning capital allocation takes time, practice, and often some painful lessons. Our job is to provide quality instruction and realistic frameworks. What learners do with that knowledge is up to them.
Community exchange
The best learning often happens in conversation with peers facing similar challenges. Our platform facilitates connections between finance professionals working on allocation problems, creating space for genuine knowledge sharing beyond the masterclass content itself.
The people behind the platform

Jasper Lundqvist
Platform Director
Jasper spent twelve years in institutional asset management before building this platform. He knows what allocators actually need to learn because he's made most of the mistakes himself. Now he focuses on finding instructors who can save others some of that trial and error.

Siobhan Kavanaugh
Content Strategy Lead
Siobhan works with instructors to structure their knowledge into coherent masterclasses. She has a background in financial education and understands how to break down complex allocation frameworks into digestible segments without losing the nuance that makes them useful.
Growth built on word of mouth
We've never spent much on marketing. Most of our learners find us through recommendations from colleagues or mentors. That's created steady growth since 2016, with participation from finance professionals in institutional funds, family offices, and advisory firms across different markets.
The numbers below reflect our current community. We track completion rates, skill assessment scores, and how many learners return for additional masterclasses. These metrics tell us whether we're delivering value worth paying for and recommending to peers.
